After 35 years in their previous midtown location, Perkins Coie sought a transformative environment that would reflect their commitment to innovation and client-centric service. The move to Esplanade II was not merely a change of address but a strategic decision to create a workspace that supports in-person collaboration and modern workstyles.

To achieve a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional durability, Stantec collaborated with Metropolitan Flooring to select a flooring solution that would anchor the office's design. The choice: Kentwood’s Madrid from the Katwalk Collection, a flooring that delivers on both form and function.
